Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jrodtowingnj.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Jrod Towing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Jrod Towing markets and arranges Towing Service, Roadside Assistance, Flatbed Towing, Accident Recovery, Tow Truck, Towing Company, Local Towing, Car Towing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Jrod Towing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Jrod Towing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Jrod Towing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Jrod Towing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jrod Towing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NJ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NJ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Jrod Towing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
